The Intent is to organize rapidly to be ready for the earliest target date in case POTUS accepts, and in any case, alternatively as “rehearsals” planned with a “stand-in” for POTUS, Trump Advisor Roger Stone on March 11th and California Governor Jerry Brown on April 15th, with the initial assumption it will take until May5 to organize for POTUS participation then.

That means planning to possibly do the same schedule on each of those three dates, targeting “May5 or earlier” for POTUS presence.
